- 2 ½ lbs/1kg lemons
- 5 wisps of parsley
- 4 ½ cups/3 l. water
- 1 small bag sodium bicarbonate
Wash the lemons thoroughly and then put them in warm water mixed with sodium bicarbonate. Leave them for 1 hour.
Put the parsley in a blender and blend. Add the lemons and keep on blending. Put the mixture in a big pot and add the water. Boil on low heat for 2-3 hours. After 3 hours, strain the water. You’ll get 6 ½ cups/1 ½ l. of pure syrup. Keep the syrup in glass bottles.
Drink one shot glass every morning before eating breakfast. Drink the syrup for 2 weeks then take a one week break.
