In the kitchen, turmeric can be a great aroma supplement for various sauces and marinade. You can use turmeric spice with rice, chicken, seafood, as well as preparing dressings for salads.

Fennel

An annual plant with unusual hairy gray-green bulbs, has excellent medicinal properties. It is recommended as a natural diuretic.

This spice is ideal for cold days, especially when it comes to season coughs. Fennel is widely used around the world in toothpastes, antacids, mouth fresheners, desserts and in various culinary applications.
