If you have tried everything under the hood and still not able to lose weight, then I will suggest going for GM DIET PLAN.

Yes, the GM diet plan is one of the best and effective weight loss management programs. It was initially designed by the GM Corporation (General Motors Corporation) for the fitness of their employees.

This is why the diet plan has been named the GM Diet Plan, after the corporation itself. This is a well and thoroughly tested diet plan and was made with the collaboration of the FDA (US Food and Drug Administration) and US Department of Agriculture.

It started as a diet regime for the employees of the company but slowly it has garnered much popularity and spread all across the globe! With the help of this diet plan, you can easily lose up to 5 to 8 Kgs in a week. It will also remove waste and toxins from your body and leave you feeling fresh and energetic by the end of the week!

If you want to lose weight and are determined then, you can take up the GM diet plan. The first few days might be difficult, but if you manage the whole week then the results will be mind blowing!

Following the GM Diet Plan:

To take up the diet plan, you should first prepare yourself. Avoid drinking alcohol a week or so before you begin the diet and also during the period of the diet. Alcohol tends to interfere with the cleansing process of the body by retaining water in the body.

Also, during the diet remember to drink lots of water at least 8 to 10 glasses per day. The water will help to detoxify your body. You might feel some cravings and feelings of hunger during the diet but try to refrain from eating anything other than what is said in the diet and drink lots of water to help with the hunger pangs. You can follow this diet once in every month but don’t do it continuously for a month.

Day 1:

The first day of the diet you are allowed to eat fruits. But you should avoid taking bananas. Also, avoid taking grapes, mangoes and litchi. It is best to eat lots and lots of watermelon on this day. Also, lime, oranges, apples, pomegranate and strawberries are good. You can eat as much as you like but your diet should only contain fruits!

Day 2:

This is all vegetable day! You are only allowed to eat vegetables both raw and cooked preferably boiled. You can eat all types of vegetables and as much as you like. But you can only eat one potato on this day. Eat a boiled potato for breakfast. This will provide you with enough carbohydrate energy to survive through the day. The vegetables contain the proper amount of nutrient and fiber which help cleanse and energise the body.

Day 3:

You are allowed to all fruits and vegetables. Eat as much as you like. But avoid eating potatoes altogether as you will be getting enough of carbohydrates from the fruits. Also, avoid eating bananas on this day. Remember to drink lots of water.

Day 4:

You are allowed to eat bananas and some milk on this day. You can eat up to 4 large or 6 small bananas; this will provide potassium and sodium to your body since the diet limits your salt intake during the dietary period. You can also drink up to 4 glasses of milk as it provides you with enough calcium. If you want you can drink some diluted soup made with capsicum, onions, garlic and tomatoes.

Day 5:

On this day vegetarians can eat brown rice or tofu/paneer along with 6 whole tomatoes. Non-vegetarians can have the ½ kg of skinless meat (beef/chicken) and 6 tomatoes. The vegetables provide fiber and help cleanse the toxins from your body.

Day 6:

Follow the same dietary plan as the fifth day except don’t eat tomatoes on this day. You can also eat any and all vegetables except potatoes.

Day 7:

This is the final day of the diet, and you can have brown rice, fruit juice and vegetables on this day. You can also eat half a chapatti with any vegetable you like!

By the end, you will feel light, fresh and will have lost up to 7 kgs! There may be some side effects so consult your doctor before starting the diet. Also, remember to drink lots and lots of water throughout the diet period!
